WBJEE has 3 categories of questions: Category 1 (+1 mark, −⅓ negative), Category 2 (+2, −½ neg), Category 3 (+2 marks, NO negative marking). Know the marking before the exam!
Note: IIEST Shibpur (GFTI) admits via JoSAA (JEE Main) — NOT WBJEE. Jadavpur University Engineering is via WBJEE. Jadavpur B.Tech admission is also partly via JEE Main.
